Sales
We offer outsourcing services to our clients on a contract basis. Our clients may purchase our services through a signed contract or a statement of work. The pricing and payment terms are outlined in the contract or statement of work.
Refunds
As we provide services on a contract basis, we do not offer refunds for our services once the contract has been signed and the services have been provided. However, if there are any issues with our services, we will work with our clients to resolve the issue to their satisfaction.
Cancellation
Our clients may cancel their contract with us by providing written notice of cancellation. The notice should include the reason for cancellation and the effective date of cancellation. Depending on the terms of the contract, there may be cancellation fees or penalties.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services with our clients if they violate our Terms of Use, fail to pay for our services, or engage in any illegal or unethical behavior. In the event of termination, the client remains responsible for payment of any outstanding fees and expenses.
